They encourage employee to FAST as the incompetent HR thinks that EMPLOYEES will sleep after having LUNCH .. haahaa Their HR Team has no Common sense and leadership is busy in Micro-Management."

Leave in the middle of the day and go have botox injections for migraines without using any of your time, just sneak out and it's ok with the manager but try asking a question and you are persecuted mercilessly. A horrid place to work. They should be shut down by the government for the shenanigans that go on hereNoneEverything"

Heartless and pathetic bunch of people! I am struggling everyday to keep myself and my family afloat during these difficult times, thanks to Capgemini. I was well aware of the projects in pipeline and there was no good reason to let me go except maybe saving on the money they offered me when they needed me. I wonder everyday why I did not take the other offer and stuck around at such a selfish place. My humble advice to anyone reading this is to not make the same mistake I made.
